Questions :
1. Where dose are water come from?  City of Flint or Genesse Co. water hydrants (well chlorineted water)
 
2. How long will it take to unload water? We have a strong pump that can unload in  approximently 15 to 20 minitues.
 
3. Do we fill hot tubs and spas? Yes.
 
4. Do we fill club house and apartments pools and ponds? Yes.
 
5. How do I set up delivery? Simply call (  810-742-3775  ).
 
6. What form of payments do you except?      Cash    or   Checks. 
 
7. Do you deliver on Saturday, Sunday, and *Most* Holidays? Yes.
 
8.How many feet from the road to the pool can you deliver the water with HOSE?    Each truck only carries 350 feet of hose.
   If you need more hose then 350 feet please let us know in advance, up to 600 feet.  Truck is a full size semi and tanker and          CAN'T fit into most driveways.
 
9. Do you pump pool water out of pool when it is nasty or water that looks like a pond?  We do not do that service.
   Call your local pool dealer for help : DO NOT COMPLETELY DRAIN YOUR PERMANENT POOL WITH VINYL LINER FOR ANY
   LENGTH OF TIME, BECAUSE IT WILL  ( SHRINK YOUR LINER ).  Pop-up pools like" INTEX" pools can be drained safely.
